Note that not all links are hyperlinked. To use those that aren’t linked, copy and paste them.
To use the form as your own digital tracker, first create a free Airtable account. Log in to your account. Then click this link to view this table and click the copy table button that is top right. You’ll then be able to edit the table as part of your own account. If you prefer a paper tracker, you should have received that when you opted in.
